We buy your meat all the time. I was wondering, what company do you purchase your meat from?
We use many different companies. Our main meat
source for Beef and Pork is Excell. The Beef is a very high end of Choice
and the Pork is the Tenderchoice brand which is the best of their pork line.
Chicken is mainly Smart Chicken which is air chilled instead of water
chilled. This will allow the chicken not to absorb extra moisture and also
not absorb water from the other birds. This is a more sanitary method of
cooling. Since we train our own meatcutters and meat staff you are assured of proper
cutting techniques and quality each and every time you purchase from us. < Dale
