I just want to compliment your store on the fantastic customer service! My family recently moved to Nixa from Detroit. I decided to check out all the grocery stores before I picked “my” store. By far Harter House exceeded my expectations and will be the store I shop at. The butchers, stockers, cashiers, and baggers were all very friendly and helpful. The bagger pushed my cart to my car and even offered to load them. Thanks for the great shopping experience, it made my day!

I just wanted to say thank you and how appreciative I am to one of your employees, Gay Wheatley. Today as I was getting ready to leave Harter House on Eastgate, my car would not start. Mr. Wheatley not only helped me get the battery jumped, he offered to drive me and my girls home if we couldn’t get it started.
